At Aishwaryam, many of our jewelry pieces are customized and made specially for each customer. Because every piece is prepared with care, we follow certain policies to ensure transparency and smooth delivery.
Order Processing Time
Most of our products are custom-made, therefore orders require 4–7 working days to prepare before shipping.
In rare cases, there may be slight delays due to:

Labor availability or health-related issues
If any delay occurs, our team will inform you and keep you updated.
Returns & Refund Policy
Since most items are personalized or customized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed.
By placing an order with Aishwaryam, you acknowledge and accept our store policies and production timelines.
Damaged or Defective Products
Every product is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will assist you with a replacement.
To request a replacement:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Provide a complete unboxing video

Share clear images of the defect
Once verified by our team, we will assist you with the replacement process.
Non-Customized Products
For non-customized jewelry pieces, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. As jewelry is a wearable product, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons or cases where items may have been used.
However, we may assist with a one-time exchange request under certain conditions.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers will be responsible for the shipping charges for the return and re-shipping of the exchanged item.
Please note that exchanges are provided as a customer support gesture, and not as a return option.
If the item you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video and clear images. After verification, our team will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Partial COD Orders
We offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected orders.
Customers must pay a small advance amount at the time of placing the order, and the remaining amount can be paid upon delivery.
Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details and be available at the delivery address.
Return to Origin (RTO)
If a parcel is returned to us due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Customer unavailable at delivery

Delivery refusal by the customer
the order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
If the customer wishes to receive the parcel again, the additional shipping charges for return and re-shipping must be paid by the customer, as we are not responsible for returns caused by incorrect details or delivery refusal.
