At Aishwaryam, every piece of jewelry is crafted with care and attention to detail. As many of our products are custom-made, our shipping process is designed to ensure quality while keeping you informed at every step.


Order Processing Time

Most of our jewelry pieces are made-to-order.

  • Orders are processed within 4–7 working days before dispatch
  • Customized and personalized items require dedicated production time

In rare situations, slight delays may occur due to:

  • Production or machine maintenance
  • Natural or unforeseen circumstances
  • Labor availability or health-related issues

If there is any delay, our team will keep you informed.


Shipping Time

Once your order is dispatched:

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location
  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations.


Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders
  • For exchanges or re-shipping (in RTO cases), shipping charges will be applicable

We use trusted courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery:

  • Shiprocket
  • DTDC
  • Ecom Express
  • India Post
  • Blue Dart

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp or SMS to monitor your shipment.


Order Tracking

After dispatch, you can track your order using the provided tracking link.

If you face any issues while tracking, feel free to contact our support team.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailable at delivery
  • Delivery refusal

it will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

Re-shipping will require additional shipping charges.


Partial COD Orders

For selected orders, we offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • A small advance payment is required at checkout
  • Remaining amount is payable at delivery

Customers must be available to receive the order to avoid RTO.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays can occasionally happen due to factors beyond our control.

  • We will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue
  • In case of lost shipments (confirmed by courier), we will provide a suitable resolution
